Unable to access Claroline database

Message : WARNING ! SYSTEM UNABLE TO SELECT THE MAIN CLAROLINE DATABASE

Verify if MySQL is started. Make sure the username and password for the MySQL account Claroline uses is correct. Make also sure the MySQL user account has permissions on the database and tables Claroline uses.
